It's Sleep Awareness Month, and I wanted to share the actual products I use to wind down before bed.
These are things that have genuinely changed my sleep over the past few years, and I think they can do the same for you.
Let's get into it.
SaunaSpace – Red Light Therapy
If you've ever done a sauna session about an hour before bed, you know what I'm talking about. Your body temperature drops after the session and it triggers this deep, almost primal relaxation.
SaunaSpace uses near-infrared light, which means you're not just sweating… you're actually supporting your cells while you calm your neural system down. I use mine almost every night.

Brick – Block Nighttime Doomscrolling
This one is so simple it's almost funny, but it just works. Brick basically locks you out of your phone's distracting apps before bed.
No more doom-scrolling at 11 pm. No more “I'll just check one thing” that turns into 45 minutes. If you struggle with putting the phone down at night, this is your answer.

WAVWatch – Innovative Sleep Technology
This is one of those tools people ask me about all the time. The WAVWatch uses specific sound frequencies to help your body shift into a more relaxed state.
I'll put it on a sleep setting while I'm winding down, and it's like giving your neural system permission to let go of the day. Hard to explain until you feel it.

REST Evercool® Comforter + Sheets
Your body cannot drop into deep sleep if it is fighting heat all night long.
The REST Evercool® comforter and sheet set pull warmth off your skin faster than cotton or silk, with no chemical coatings or cooling sprays, just clean fabric that lets your nervous system finally do the repair work it was built for.

BiOptimizers' Sleep Breakthrough
This is the drink I have about 30 minutes before bed. It's got magnesium, GABA, and a few other ingredients that basically tell your brain “hey, we're done for today.”
I mix it up, sip it while I do my evening wind-down, and by the time I'm in bed, my body is already halfway to sleep. No groggy morning feeling either, which is huge

Here's the truth: sleep isn't just about what time you get in bed. It's about what you do in the hour before. These are the tools that help me make that hour count.
Try one. Try all of them. Just start somewhere.
